About
Visit our flagship location in Woodland Park! Established on November 12, 2008, it is located next to Cafe Leo and across from Vectra Bank, at the intersection of Hwy 24 and West Street, and features a beautiful view of Pikes Peak.
Woodland Park lies about 20 minutes up Ute Pass from Colorado Springs, and is known as “The City Above the Clouds.” Surrounded by the one-million-acre Pike National Forest, Woodland Park rests at 8,465 feet above sea level and is a great starting place for a brief or extended mountain getaway. You’ll find plenty of great outdoor activities in the area all year round.
Woodland Park was established in 1891, and was at once home to Gold Rush miners, railroad workers, and loggers. It also functioned as a resort town from 1887 - 1955 for those seeking health and wellness, or an exciting summer on a dude ranch. Originally established with 121 residents, the population doubled every ten years from 1930 to 1990.
Today, most of its 7,900 residents commute to work in Colorado Springs and enjoy the natural surroundings in their recreational time.
